We select the best entertainers for you!

We never stop searching and training of our animators. The result of our work directly depends on the professionalism and charisma of our employees.

Step 1 - Search

We use a variety of tools to search personnel, ranging from standard to completely non-template ones. We make castings around the world.

Step 2 - Selection

In order to join our team, the candidate must pass a test and attend an interview with our HR department. During the interview, we reveal the ability, desire and relevance of the candidate to our team. We are constantly developing the selection tools to select the best animators for you.

Step 3 - Training

If the candidate has successfully passed the selection, then he gets into our team. Regardless of experience, the candidate must go through our annual campus. During the campus, the animator takes our author’s course “Entertainment and Hospitality at the hotel”, and after successfully passing the theoretical and practical exam, he or she is ready to start working. During the campus, the candidate gets enough practice in working with the public, i.e. there are no animators with “zero” work experience, even if the upcoming season will be the first for him.
